Our Approach to Venue & Event Management

The Venue Group specialise in establishing and managing venues at country houses, estates and farms for events such as weddings, corporate events, private parties, product launches, film locations, team building days, fairs and shooting. We work with land owners, estates or country houses that are planning to diversify their business and commence offering event packages, or alternatively, we take over the management of established venues and activities.

Our range of skills and services enable us to offer a full event and venue management solution. This could include areas such as planning & licence applications, financial & budget planning, and the provision of utilities for new venues, through to marketing, catering providers, marquee design, and health & safety for existing venues.

We are passionate about building long lasting relationships, and are committed to working in partnership with our clients to provide creative, professional and honest event solutions, as we do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach. Each venue will have its own unique selling point which could be determined by its catchment area, transport links, particular setting, or scope of event offering. We have regular meetings with all stakeholders so that the maximum benefit can be achieved from all relevant activities.

The Venue Group directors have an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of farms and estates due to their personal countryside backgrounds which we feel builds deeper working relationships with our clients and venues.
