Day Shift | £12.00 per hour
Evening Shift | £14.00 per hour

Approximate Shift Pattern Mon-Sun: 12pm-7pm | 6pm-1am

Key Responsibilities:

• Be able to confidently communicate with customers & team members.
• Be able to retain information and take drinks orders in a busy & noisy environment.
• Use a till confidently.
• Follow instructions given to you by supervisors and managers.
• Collect and clean glasses as required.
• Clean bar and areas of the venue as instructed.
• Follow and adhere to Licensing Laws as instructed to you by General Manager.
• Complete & pass Level 1 Food Hygiene & Safety.
• Strong knowledge of drinks and how they are served.
• Understand how to change kegs, gas, and post mix.
• Be able to work independently & be pro-active in your work.
• Being able to work in an efficient way, whilst maintaining high standards of service.
• Being a strong team player, with a great attitude.
• Present yourself in a smart, clean & professional manner. Black shirt, black trousers and black shoes are required. Aprons are provided.
