Event Days: 8am-4pm & 4pm-11pm
Prep Days: 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Keep kitchen, kitchen equipment, fridges, ovens, pots/pans, shelves clean to required standards.

Level 1 Food Hygiene & Safety.
